Business name: Wag & Whisk Nature of business: Home-based pet bakery producing KPFA-certified, human-grade dog treats, cakes, and baked goods, sold direct-to-consumer within Singapore Registration status: Wag & Whisk currently operates as a home-based business and is not registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). Under Singapore's Home-Based Business Scheme guidelines, small-scale home businesses of this kind are permitted to operate without ACRA registration, provided operations stay within HDB's home-based business conditions. This may change as the business grows.

Regulatory scope: Wag & Whisk produces pet food/treats for direct sale to consumers. Home-based pet food production for direct-to-consumer sale currently falls outside Singapore Food Agency (SFA) licensing requirements, which apply to commercial food establishments.
