By placing an order with Wag & Whisk, you agree to the following terms.
Who we are Wag & Whisk is a home-based pet bakery in Singapore, making KPFA-certified, human-grade dog treats, cakes, and seasonal items to order. We are not currently ACRA-registered, as we operate as a small home-based business — this may change as we grow.
Orders & confirmation An order is confirmed once checkout and payment are complete. You'll receive confirmation within 1 business day. Your collection/delivery date can't be changed after payment except through rescheduling (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Ingredients, allergies & health We use 100% human-grade ingredients, and every order comes with a detailed ingredient card. That said:
- We work from a home kitchen with shared equipment, so cross-contact with eggs, milk, nuts, soy, and wheat is possible despite strict cleaning protocols
- You're solely responsible for deciding whether an item is appropriate for your dog, based on their medical history, allergies, and sensitivities
- Always introduce new foods gradually and watch for adverse reactions
- Wag & Whisk isn't responsible for health issues arising from consumption
Designs & artwork All custom cake designs are hand-drawn and original. We'll do our best to match your brief or reference photo, but exact replication isn't guaranteed, and natural ingredient-based colours can vary. Designs we've conceptualised and drawn remain our intellectual property — please don't reproduce or commission similar designs elsewhere without asking us first. Confirm all design details in writing before we begin baking, since changes after that point can't be guaranteed and may cost extra.
Storage & care Items are best eaten on the day of receipt. Once you've collected or received your order, you're responsible for storing and handling it properly. We're not responsible for damage from improper storage, weather or humidity, placement by third parties, or third-party courier handling. Please follow the storage guidance on your ingredient card, and thaw frozen items overnight in the fridge before serving.
Payment Payment is due in full at checkout via PayNow, PayLah, GooglePay, Credit Card or bank transfer. We don't offer partial payments or payment plans.
Content & photography We won't share your name, contact details, or identifying information without your written consent. You can ask us not to share photos of your order on social media. If we do share photos (with your OK), those images remain ours for portfolio and marketing use.
Liability Wag & Whisk is not responsible for:
- Health issues or allergic reactions from eating our products
- Damage to items after collection/delivery
- Damage caused by third-party couriers
- Appearance changes due to weather, humidity, or storage after handover
- Dissatisfaction with subjective qualities like flavour, texture, or design aesthetic
